Why We're Great:
At Hoover Middle School, we’re proud to offer a dynamic and diverse range of programs that enrich our students' middle school journey and spark a love for learning.
Band & Chorus – Our thriving music programs provide students the chance to discover their voice, perform for the community, and develop confidence through the joy of music.
Art – Creativity is celebrated in our vibrant art classrooms, where students explore visual expression through a variety of media and techniques.
STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) – Our hands-on, project-based approach inspires innovation and critical thinking across disciplines, preparing students for a future of possibility.
Reading – Whether building foundational skills or exploring new genres, our Reading program supports literacy development and fosters a lifelong love of books.
Spanish I & II – Students develop early language skills and cultural awareness that prepare them for global citizenship in a connected world.
Physical Education – Physical fitness is a key part of student well-being. Our Gym classes are more than just traditional exercise—they include access to our indoor swimming pool, giving students a unique opportunity to learn water safety, swimming skills, and build lifelong healthy habits.
Adventure Learning – Through hands-on experiences and real-world problem solving, students engage with learning in bold, imaginative ways that build resilience and curiosity.

Dear Students, Parents, Staff, and Community Members,
Welcome to Hoover Middle School, where we believe every student has the potential to grow, achieve, and shine. As Principal, I’m honored to lead a school community that values education, equity, and the personal success of every learner.
At Hoover, we are guided by the core values of PBIS—being Safe, Respectful, and Responsible—in everything we do. These principles shape our school culture and create a positive, inclusive environment where students feel supported and encouraged to be their best selves.
Middle school is a time of exploration, discovery, and building the foundation for future success. That’s why we’re committed to not just academic excellence, but also to social and emotional growth. Our dedicated staff works closely with students and families to foster strong relationships, high expectations, and a supportive learning environment that meets each child where they are.
And that’s just the beginning! At Hoover, we believe that students should be challenged, inspired, and supported to be their best selves—in the classroom, on the stage, in the gym, and beyond.
